Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Paramount Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our senior management team. This is a key leadership position for a financial professional who brings both strategic insight and a people-first approach.
As CFO, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and long-term direction. You will lead the Finance Department, oversee budgeting and reporting, and provide financial leadership to support sustainable growth. We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, grounded, and able to connect with and motivate others across all levels of the organization.
Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance as part of the senior management team.
Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, and financial analysis.
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and capital planning to support company goals.
Review financial performance, identify efficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Lead financial systems development and training across departments.
Study long-range economic trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Mentor and develop Finance team members.
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (required).
CPA designation preferred, with at least 3 years of public practice experience.
Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management experience, ideally in a leadership capacity.
Strong management, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with financial software and experience in perpetual inventory systems.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
