What You’ll Do

As our Controller, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management, combining hands-on accounting leadership with strategic insight to support business decisions and long-term growth.

You will:

• Oversee all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger management.
  

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.
  

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  

• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies that safeguard company assets.
  

• Support annual audit and tax preparation processes in collaboration with external partners.
  

• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency.
  

• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to guide financial planning and strategy.
  

• Mentor and develop accounting team members, fostering excellence and accountability.
  

Who You Are

You’re a financial professional with a passion for accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You combine strong accounting fundamentals with an eye for strategy and efficiency.

Here’s what you bring:

• Education:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA designation preferred).
  

• Experience:3–5 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  

• Expertise:Deep understanding of financial reporting, and internal controls.
  

• Technical Skills:Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  

• Mindset:Analytical, proactive, and driven to improve systems and processes.
  

• Communication:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
