Join our fast-paced, high-performing team at Paramount, a full-service commercial maintenance company. We are looking for a Dispatcher/Office Administrator who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and delivers exceptional customer service.
Your Impact:
As the Dispatcher/Office Administrator, you’ll be the central point of contact for clients and technicians. You’ll coordinate service calls, ensure timely follow-ups, and help keep daily operations running smoothly — all while providing top-tier support to both our team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign, schedule, and manage service requests using internal systems
Review work orders, confirm part availability, and track service completion
Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing clear, helpful updates
Accept and manage deliveries to the office
Maintain daily office opening/closing procedures
Support leadership with ad hoc admin and project tasks
What You Bring:
College diploma preferred; high school diploma with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced office also considered
Experience in customer service or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting workloads
Familiarity with Miracle Service software (asset, not required)
Self-motivated, resourceful, and solution-oriented
