Business Analyst

Position Overview

We’re seeking a proactive Business Analyst to optimize operations, support business systems, and manage company tech assets. This role includes training staff, maintaining software and data, and overseeing laptops, cell phones, and other devices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support and improve business processes and workflows

· Manage and maintain business software systems

· Train staff on software tools and technology best practices

· Provide day-to-day support for software issues

· Oversee inventory and deployment of company devices (laptops, cell phones, tablets, etc.)

· Maintain accurate data tables, reports, and dashboards

· Collaborate with leadership on operational insights and tech needs

Qualifications:

· Experience with business software and process improvement

· Strong communication and training skills

· Comfortable managing tech assets and basic troubleshooting

· Organized, analytical, and a team player

Education:

Education in business or technology is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered. Business analysis or project management certifications are a plus.
