Job Summary:
As a Commercial Smallwares Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the foodservice industry. Your primary focus will be selling commercial-grade smallwares—such as utensils, cookware, prep tools, storage solutions, and tabletop items—to new and existing accounts. This is a results-oriented role ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, an eye for customer service, and a knack for building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foodservice sector
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
Recommend appropriate smallwares based on customer needs and kitchen operations
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support when needed
Stay up to date on product trends and industry developments
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Prepare quotes, process orders, and track sales activity
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice equipment/supplies or B2B sales
Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and smallwares strongly preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver’s license
