Job Summary:
As a Commercial Smallwares Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the foodservice industry. Your primary focus will be selling commercial-grade smallwares—such as utensils, cookware, prep tools, storage solutions, and tabletop items—to new and existing accounts. This is a results-oriented role ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, an eye for customer service, and a knack for building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foodservice sector

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts

  • Recommend appropriate smallwares based on customer needs and kitchen operations

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support when needed

  • Stay up to date on product trends and industry developments

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and track sales activity

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice equipment/supplies or B2B sales

  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and smallwares strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite

  • Valid driver’s license
